An order form must be filled out to get you on the schedule. In addition, a $200 deposit to reserve your half is required.
You should expect to receive approximately 175-200 pounds of meat from your half cow. Our cattle tend to be smaller than industrialized cattle, as they do not receive growth hormones and are fed Non-GMO Corn. Their clean diet results in a much higher quality and healthier meat.
The final average cost out the door is typically around $2000, however, this will vary depending on weight. The cost is $6 per pound on the hanging weight, plus the butcher fee.
